By creating an account, accessing, or using Wen Tracker ("Wen", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the platform.
Wen provides a client-facing order and milestone status tracking utility for freelance technicians, craftspeople, studios, and independent service providers. The service allows you to publish live tracking links accessible by your clients via unique cryptographic tokens without requiring client registration.
The Free plan includes tracking for up to 3 concurrently active orders with Wen attribution. The Pro plan provides unlimited active orders, brand personalization, and removal of attribution. You agree not to use the service for tracking illegal, defamatory, or fraudulent activities. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating fair use principles.
Our order process and payment handling are conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"). Paddle handles order-related inquiries, global VAT, sales taxes, and returns. When subscribing to Wen Pro, you enter into a commercial relationship with Paddle according to Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.
Wen Pro is billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the in-app billing portal or by contacting support. Your access will remain active until the conclusion of the paid billing cycle.
Wen is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall Wen or its operators be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from downtime or communication failures between you and your clients.
